Re: Recent Metal Finds
Finally in my possession this rare gem from Kirghizistan! Kick ass Heavy Metal only soviets knew how to execute it.
Anyone knows more about the condition of its release? As it was under Melodya one would assume there'd be plenty of copies out there, but it has been a real struggle to find this one... Makes you wonder how many of these gems were only released locally in these country.

Another lonely night, another no name town
it starts to look the same, it starts to bring me down
so many promises you knew I'd never keep
I'll make it up to you, baby, don't give up on me

That one's mine, do your legwork and find your own copy! Took me a long long time to track down a copy, now that I have it I'm not going to trade it away!GulliverFoyle wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2019 12:29 pmTrade?Zombie Dance wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2019 11:51 am They're called Новое время which would translate to New Time.

A band from Khirghizistan?
First Animal Farm, now this. Are we entering new era of discoveries?
Seems there are still chances to find some obscure killer German thrash ...

Re: Recent Metal Finds
indeed a great discovery! Congrats!
Re: Recent Metal Finds
Listened to it on youtube, cool stuff!, factored with the origin makes this an awesome and obscure find.

Thanks! I guess Melodya did some records only locally distributed, I wonder if there are more out there like that...

There are, like the Katedra debut (Lithuania) and the Asparez LP (Armenia).Zombie Dance wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2019 12:23 pm Thanks! I guess Melodya did some records only locally distributed, I wonder if there are more out there like that...

Re: Recent Metal Finds
Got finally the "Heavy News- Speed Up" comp, which I found for a good price. Also after more than 10 years I decided to finally buy the Exodo "The New Babylon" LP....
Also a newer rarity, the "Rock Solid" 12" by Metalian is crossed from my wantlist....
Apart from this, the new Atlantean Kodex and the latest efforts by Traveler, Vultures Vengeance and Gatekeeper arrived....

Re: Recent Metal Finds
Guess Rainer (Krukenberg) has to update this band's info. Second time he says no vinyl was ever done and then I own it!
