Crows In Black wrote:Also Ive seen a pic of a Field of Roses demo, but im not sure if that really exists either. AND there is a demo that has Rosenfeld covering songs by other bands (I think WASP, Kiss, AC/DC, and someone else) plus a CD by skullcrusher called "Carrying Knowledge Into New Fields" and I think this demo and CD are the same thing.
the CD has the demotape plus a few other songs. its OK at best. maybe 2 of the songs are good.

What about DEATH FUCK from Australia? Does anyone have recordings?

(Not to be confused with the Norwegian band!)

Never heard of. I do remember a band called FEARLESS IRANIANS FROM HELL with an album w/ a similar title.

(is that one of the greatest band names ever or wot?)

I have it, I'll upload it tomorrow, yes they're MOTORHEAD clones and if my memories are good, the Lp has a very bad production.

So is the name of the band SHELLSHOCK or FEARLESS IRANIANS..?

Ever since I saw that band name (FIFH) on distro lists back in the late 80s/early 90s I always wanted to hear what they were like...

The band name is SHELLSHOCK.

I think FEARLESS IRANIANS FROM HELL is a punk crust band.

Fearless Iranians from Hell are (or were, actually) a punk/crossover band operating in the Texas area around the same time the Texas metal underground was having it's reinassance, so they rubbed shoulders, they're quite brilliant.

Used to have it. Very average HR/HM with a singer who does sound a bit feminine. They recorded a second album with a female singer (Dani Klein from Vaya Con Dios - Belgian 80s pop band) and that sounded better. There should be a video of a performance with her on Youtube.

..and a US release from the late 80's. One of those weird Azra-releases?
Ok, since ripping from vinyl in impossible for the time being I'm gonna give some extra infos bout that gem:
It's An Iron Works 1988 release, and it's Heavy/Speed Metal, with some Bay area Thrashy touches, but, don't get fooled, the sound is much more Heavy..ok, the vocs get away sometimes..ehehehe  ...I wouldn't name it as a Thrash record...not, really...the correct specification word I think is Heavy/Speed...it kicks some serious asses, I wish those who never heard of it would have the chance one day to hear it...it is worth the Weight!
Black signs on my monitor, great bitching and fake words, Avenger is here, the craziest "modest" of all modsss...FTOU!!
