Just had a quick look and i have maybe some that are not on the list and will post pictures later.
About the VIXEN. I have the picture disc version and that includes all inserts that you mentioned with the box.
I have a that box aswell and it includes all the inserts too. That box is like some regular black box with the front and backcover pasted inside. Looks very selfmade.

About the STRIKEFORCE picture disc. I have, indeed, another one and I was told only 50 different prints exist.

Yes, it's just black. I have sent photo's to your mailaddress. If i still have the right one that is.

There's also a series of Mercinary/Rawshock splits pressed at least three versions if I remember well.

I'll have a look at my other AZRA picture discs to see if i have some more that are not on the lists. The MORDOR i was sure the first time I looked.

That Thee Eyes Pic LP doesn't even contain Hard Rock at all. When I had it (sold now) I thought I heard The Doors or something similar psychedelic Rock in it. Terrible ...
