these Havoc are certainly not from Slovenia. Czech maybe, Slovak possibly ... Czechoslovak, if from 80's ... Could be from Poland as well.

Its really a mystery.

I once saw this record in a saleslist and also saw a picture of the cover, so I'm quite sure it exists. But I cannot find any bloody bit of info.
