Indeed. Got the opening drum fills from "Dementia" ricocheting around my head now.

As for Nasty Sausage - never thought of them as "chaotic" before, but I liked that they didn't sound orthodox or straightforward. Wage of Mayhem plods too much for me, but I'm into them from Indulgence onwards. Curtis Beeson had amazing feet.

I know a lot of people who share that same opinion as you, and I don't think it is an album 100%, indeed. However, I think it's something more than just hardcore punk album with some metal riffage thrown in.

Really? Weird - most people that are into thrash seem to like them. Granted to me Nasty Savage never played pure thrash metal. They were closest to that on "Penetration Point" but before that it was some weird power/thrash mix.
I find it too chaotic, lacking direction. the wocal lines and music do not fit well together. Not enough energy for thrash, not catchy enough for power. some good riffs and leads, but as a whole this is less than sum of its parts.

"Stabbed in the Back" and "Inferno" have powerful and catchy riffs imo.
