That's a great record, and woefully underrated, in my opinion! Although I'm sure they didn't do themselves any favors by settling on one of the dumbest band names AND record names in all of metal.....

Received a Mexican pressing of Metallica's Ride The Lightning LP in the mail today. Didn't order it, didn't trade it, ... The return adres is 'Veronica Quintanilla', I have no idea who she is and I have no idea why she sent me a record. Well, Veronica, thanks for the record 8)

Received Sahara`s "Seventh House" CD, quite a let-down after their great "Going Crazy" album...

V/A - Rockmapa 2
Looks like they gave every band they could find a spot on this compilation, 'cause this is full of different styles. Some good songs though. Curious to find this at a local flea market...

Thrashing Deathpower compilation CD fgrom 1991 through a trade with Multiplex, Satanic Hellslaughter and Gibbed, all from Japan.

The Satanic Hellslaughter part is as expected: Hellhammer influenced but faster and more crusty than Coffins...

Purple Haze - All I Want / Bitch 7"

Does anyone know this stuff? I have been wanting to hear this for a long time because it's metal form my hometown (Maldegem, Belgium), and yesterday someone just gave me a copy. Interesting trivia: the drummer in this band, Luc van den Bossche, produced the Acid records.
Musically, it's hardrock/heavy metal with a cool production. I like it.
Expect an upload tomorrow or the day after...
