How can you claim something is overpriced based solely on musical merit when you haven't even heard it?

Contradiction.
C'mon! 200 $ for 2 songs and you say it's not overpriced? Absurd!
It's not even ultra killer stuff ... it's just good tough Metal but not outstanding. I'd like to start a clinic to find out what's going on in collectors who pay 666 $ for 2 lousy songs but on the other hand don't even have the classic albums that cost you just 1 $. I don't need to hear music to know it's overpriced if the price is above 100 $, hello?? In which world are guys you living? I think you kinda slightly lost the value of money or something ... or how would you explain that Grafitti auction? There's no explaination ... you just can't say that I'm wright that's it! Haha
It's not easy to be the Antichrist ...

Is this the only subject which we can debate here any more?
Prowler, you can't comprehend why people pay the prices they do, that's your opinion and your perogative.
We get it, you've stated this position over and over again, but have you considered that your attitude on the subject comes off as insulting to those who do pay large sums to own these records?
This tends to lead to the collectors here getting defensive and restating their position, and inevitably the whole thing decends into insulting toing and froing.
As it seems highly unlikely that either side is going to change their opinion on the subject based on what the other has to say, why persist?
Can't we just agree to disagree on this point and move on?
The continual dredging up of this subject has caused some of the more active forum members to move on, and as a result we have lost a lot of the opinions and humour which made this such a great board in the first place.
I would urge members to remember what brought us together here in the first place, a shared love of vintage Heavy music.
Can we concentrate on that which we have in common a little more?
And thank you to Dirty Rocker for the opportunity to hear Tora Orphan, Theatrics and Knightfall, nice finds!
Thanks for sharing.
I cannot, I shall not, I will not obey.

This is not a matter of who is right or wrong. It’s about you having a construed sense of reality. Many singles regularity sell over the $100 limit. Just because you claim this is ridiculous doesn't mean it's to be written in stone as a general collecting guideline especially if you haven't even heard the music.
