Is it common for titles on that label 1MF to go so high?

It's crazy same way :p

I don't think 1MF cds were pressed in minimal quantities, surely some like the Sacrosanct, Megace or Lunacy are veeeery easy to find (also Torchure cds or Mindwaves from AH are somewhat easy).

You can see a dozen of unsold copies on amazon anyway ^^

Nobody buys them because 40 euro as the lowest price is perceived as too high.

This one was sold quite quickly, probabily would have sold for more too. The last auction I found was around 150$.
