Autographs can be worth money on band items with a massive fan base if they are done properly and tastefully. Those demerits aside, this is also made out to some random "Phil" which means it only decreases the value even further.
Of course the value of the "white label" LP is much lower.
But here's the story about this LP. When the band got the copies, they divided them and each one signed a bunch. So most of the copies are signed by only one member of Diamond Head. After a while they did not even bother to sign any other copies. Only a part of the copies were signed by all the band members. You should not see this as a normal autographed LP, the signing is part of the history of the "white label" LP.
The copies that are signed by all member do have a higher value,
but a value wayyyy lower than the one this guy is selling it for.
