Musically it's indeed great stuff, but the vocalist ruins it. Whenever he tries to hit a high note he's becoming maddeningly annoying. A pity. Such cool songs...[/quote]

I think the unusual vocals make it even better! Very unique album...

Death Courier
hey N.

i have a death courier tape but i'm not well schooled with the upload/download shenannigans.

i can dub it, xerox the cover and post it to you if DaN can't locate his mp3s (Just PM and let me know if you want it)
Paul, sorry for late reply ... that would be fine, but I still didn't figure out how to organize this via custom office (the same goes for trading with Mr. Ian). I'm trying to be active in many areas of Metal Cosmos, yet final prospects seem pretty weak and I'm developing Alzheimer as well, so it seems to me at least.
I am ... the One you warned me of

I'm slowly getting more & more convinced that VICE HUMAN was the best Greek Heavy Metal band ever...

so you don't know who baltas is?

vice human is the history of hellenic heavy metal, like it or not(expect the period where played greek rock with their logo written in greek)....great live band(with angelo in drums) and some killer yet unreleased tracks....

Agree with hload. Vice Human is more 70s hard rock oriented than other bands like Rust, Northwind, Sarrisa, Crush..and that makes a jarring note into Greece metal scene.

Of course i know who Vaggelis Baltas is.The owner of ''Rock City''(record shops) in Greece,''owner of the Greek Metal Hammer'',and owner of the Greek Metal trends :? Oops

This guy and his loyal servants(writers for Greek Metal Hammer) are responsible for many shits, and a big part of shitty attitude of Greek Metalheads now and in the 80's.

But tell me.Did he played with Vice Human i never seen that refered? Was his participation before the release of Vice Human's first album in 84?
I have heard tons of stories about him.

Btw Hload do you know what's the last name of Nigel Foxxe(the legandary Vocalist/Guitarist of Flames/Nigel Foxxe's Inc. etc) because the only thing i know is that his real name is Sakis(not Rouvas  ).If anyone knows please tell me.

@Rohlem: About Clairvoyant yes they are alive. And i had seen them live when they played support for ARTCH in January.Hardly anyone payed attention to them  Any the classic applauds.

I had to say that if you haven't heard the Greek Black Fate you have to check them out this band simply rules.
Great power metal like SOLAR EAGLE/SALEM'S LAW/SANCTUARY.Their 2nd demo(i have only heard the second demo i am still searching for the first if anyone...please) ''A Piece Of A Dream''(93) is one of the 10 best demos i have heard in my life.

FLAMES
VAVEL
SARISSA
STENDOR
BLACK FATE
CRUSH

are my favourite bands.Vice Human althought a historical band for Greek Metal is boring metal that's the truth, there are other Non Greek groups that much better in their style.

sorry, but vice human was always heavy metal drawing some influences from early saxon. i need power! and i long to kill your beast! and the pure allegory: life don't be blind. sorry but i raised with these anthems and they're in my dna.or can you feel the night(their live hit!). of course they have more great yet unreleased stuff. and nick never reveals his age. some said he's about 45-46 but i strongly believe he's over 50....

ah, by the way, baltas wrote some great-indeed- lyrics for their 2nd lp. before he proved to be and a liar(we already knew that he was an arsehole).

great the 2 demos of black fate+ a promo with 3 tracks they have released in the past. but you should have known that their 2 demos were released on a cd directly by the band. so drop them an email to get yours and support the hellenic scene.
