It's a compilation single released in 1982, including 4 songs with 4 different bands; White Falcons, Nasty Music, VIP and Mogg. The only great song on this single is by the band Mogg (Gotham City members). Sounds like a mix between Sweet Savage 7'' Straight through... and Mendes Prey. Nothing like their shitty 7'' from years later.

Yeah, the Mogg track is awesome. I have only ever seen one copy of this comp 7'' for sale and it's this one. But I will let you know if I find another one in the future.
