Pharao anthology - 3 '85 songs in German, rest in English.

3xCD is almost all German lyrics across the board except for Formel I's Priest/Maiden covers.

Macbeth anthology was mostly German with a couple English songs.

Geil auf Heavy Metal comp. was mixed, most of the traditional HM stuff had German lyrics, the later thrash bands, mostly English.
