Here's something I saw on Atlantean Kodex's facebook and to which I concur wholeheartedly:
"Could anyone on Facebook please stop moaning about Black Sabbath? Who gives a flying fuck?! Take the 100+ Euros you'd spend on a ticket for this farce and rather buy some new releases by hungry and raging young bands like Dark Forest, Procession, Striker, Cruciamentum, RAM, Vanderbuyst ... the list is endless. Support the underground, not Sharon's bank account!"

Why? I think that album was great. They should've searched for a good singer and continued with that band. I could use some more albums like "The Devil You Know".Zdan wrote:Ozzy is basically worthless these days (though he was never much of a vocalist). That Heaven and Hell album was a good note to go out on. They should leave it at that.

I also think the album was great. The problem is that banded was billed as Heaven And Hell because it was basicly a Dio-era Sabbath reunion. With Dio gone they cannot go with the name. I agree though they should get a good singer, change the name and carry one making music. The ideal for me would be a reunion with Tony Martin but that is next to impossible.Lama wrote:Why? I mean the whole live wasn't anything special. Not only Ozzy's fault, the band looked tired and played without much passion. Definitely not one of those gigs that I will remember for the rest of my life.Lama wrote:If you mean Ozzy, I agree. I've seen them two times (Sabbath with Ozzy, that is), and twice he ruined it all.ION BRITTON wrote:Won't bother to see them now. Saw them with Ozzy few years ago and I wasn't impressed. Time to retire once and for all.

Already bought most of those releases and then some, still got some time and money on my hands, so I'm gonna take the liberty of bothering just a little bit about it anyway.stormspell wrote:Here's something I saw on Atlantean Kodex's facebook and to which I concur wholeheartedly:

There is an online petition supporting Bill Ward here:
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/billward/
I doubt that it'll change the minds of Sabbath or their management, but i guess it's worth a try.

Okay, I agree with you to some extent. Maybe they weren't that happy with the Ozzy-situation also. The three times I've seen them as Heaven And Hell they were on fire!ION BRITTON wrote:I mean the whole live wasn't anything special.
