Yes it's one of the "newest" ... 25 euro "still sealed" in a very known greece web-store...

edit: oh, they have removed it from the catalogue ! How brilliant

I would definitely avoid all actual turned up Aggressor's without seeing the complete Matrix!

Bootleg Matrix is: #921025C JCD-1001 without MFG BY CINRAM INC. which is on the original pressing

I wouldn't call this Sacrifice auction insane. It's a 50$ CD when in ~excellent condition, so 80$ for sealed is not that crazy.

This guy has been selling a lot of great stuff lately, bought Killing Technology and Bonded By Blood on Combat from him myself. I am afraid to look at his finished listings, wher I expect to find more bargains like the ones you linked to.
