He wrote that these were released in May 2011 but that this is not stated anywhere on CD or artwork.

No it wasn't because in that case I would have spent $75-$100 to buy it in some of the various chances I had (30 copies on ebay+various lists). Top want is the one which is completely "lost" or hidden & noone seems to have.

I was going to bet on it until i read answer from seller about matrix at the bottom. Before today i thought that only this crappy greek boot available with this matrix number c. THR 015CD. Pink (not deep red) CD colour, mistake on spine THOR015CD

Like a copy available for sale from this strange guy.
I also wonder about recently ended auction. Looks like real original, the more i know this black version much rarer than red one, but seller from Thailand and almost a new copy???

That really has nothing to do with it. I'm not a fan of Visitor so I'm not sure about the specifics of that album for example but if it were only a single musician that has the song writing credits then that single musician would also have the rights to the music. In that case only one member would need to give his consent to have the album re-issued. It’s not about every member giving consent, it’s about who owns the rights to the music.

Besides the artwork the "zyx metallic" writing on the disc is another thing to check here, different fonts. Bootleg's looks more "solid" while the original is not

Plus another 2-3 minor differences if you check both discs carefully.
