That Papplewick Pond comp is good. The First Blood track is great. I searched for their demos for ages, but when I finally found them I realized they were just another "joke" thrash band one-(non-)hit wonder.

Their comedy songs are pretty useless, but apart from those I think their demo material's fine.
"His name's Antichrist Vandelay. He's an insulter-expulser."
I guess so. Maybe my expectations were too high, none of the other demo songs live up to the comp track and after waiting so long to hear something you build yourself up about how great it's going to be so it ends up being a letdown when it doesn't live up to your self-induced hype.

I recently found a 12" EP by a band called American Angel, which I did some research on, seems like they were from NJ. Anyways, it's a 4 track acetate in a custom made sleeve which is fully signed! Pretty killer hair metal/hard rock stuff, and it was only $6!
This is the band, though there is no mention of this EP so it was probably a one off thing made in the studio or something!?
