Graspop is one crappy festival for someone with good taste, but I got a free ticket for tomorrow, so I'm definitely going! Amongst all the crap I will probably enjoy GHOST, ELECTRIC WIZARD, KYLESA, TRIPTYKON, WHITESNAKE and maybe even PRIEST and OZZY if I'm drunk enough...

Crimson Glory utterly ruled last night. Blew the KIT performance out of the water as far as I am concerned. Maybe it was the smaller venue. KILLER!

INTENSE were okay. POWER QUEST were gayer than Gay McGay of Gaysville.. uurrgghh!

...not going too well that quest of theirs I guess. :D

I saw Evil Masquerade and Gormathon at a local festival on Saturday.

Pretty good stuff, even if none of the bands are my style completely.

I've had a total Crimson bangover today, it was a great show. I'm still not convinced by some of the Transcendence songs (I still only have their debut), but they totally nailed everything. My highlights were Dragon Lady, Valhalla and Lost Reflection.

Sounds like I did the right thing in missing Flower Quest!

I'm not usually amused by people calling things "gay", but that's a hoot.
