I hear different things about that label, some say the entire label did nothing but put out boots while others say they are legit.
I would like to know too.

I also heard totally different opinons on that label but most people seem to hold them as legit. In the case of Cerebus I think it is at least partly legit as it has some liner notes from the member of the band so someone was contacted about it. Don't know about the actual legal status as I heard some comments from New Renaissance Records that it is a boot. Still Ann's reissues are even worse then Cult Metal so...

Edit: On a sidenote - are those recent Randy, Mad Butcher, Dealer etc. reissues on No Remorse official or boots?

No Remorse Records hasn't been active for like 20 years. And if a CD is primarily sold by sellers like cdwasteland, nero666musica and metalizer-records, I wouldn't expect it to be even half-legit :)

But I have a tougher nut to crack - the Highway Chile CD on Lost Gems - legit or not?

1st press : green cover
2nd press : black cover
3rd press : purple cover

The photos are stolen from my couch.

Cheers,
A
Wasn't green cover only used on the tape version?
It was the first press on cd too. The first bunch of the green copies were signed by the band (I have one) because they first gave them at the release party of the cd.

This is a new No Remorse Records, no relation to the label active 20 years ago, yes, these reissues are legit.

Yeah, found the website.

A greek reissue label... I hope there is more evidence that these are legal reissues than the fact that these are not identical bootlegs and that the issuer has a website...

Heathen take it easy. Despite the fact some sellers are selling boots it doesn't mean that they are selling only boots (like you said for the above sellers). It is just a good trick.

The SLANDER CD "Careless talk costs lives" CD (barcode SL 4417) is a bootleg, right? I found it in my collection and I even forgot its existence

Yes

Can't really speak for now, but a few years ago Amazon was full of RC copies of Agent Orange for next to nothing. I don't know about an RC Persecution Mania, but the Steamhammer US version of that album is fairly uncommon, not super expensive though afaik.

Does anyone know info about the Megaton (Mexico) rerelease CD? When was it re-released? Is it an official release?

Does the Combat Records pressing of the Blind Illusion album have a booklet with lyrics? Mine only has a 4 page booklet with two of the pages in the middle as blanks (so basicly the front cover and the back cover are in the booklet). Is this supposed to be this way (this the same Blind Illusion CD I asked about before in this thread)?

According to the band, no.
Could you please give your source?
