My interest in that Morbid Vision auction is because I have a spare copy. I thought it would have ended higher due to good reviews on various sites, but yeah probably too unknown (or as with lots of ebay auctions, not sold by the 'right' seller haha).

I doubt it, since he's the only one that sells them. I'm guessing he's just running off CD-Rs on demand and the "limited to 100" is bullshit. More like "limited to however many idiots will pay for this crap".

No way they are imports from europe, he's the only person selling them so I'm sure he just made them himself and tries to make excuses about them being made in foreign countries to make it look like he wasn't the one behind the bootlegging in case he got caught or something.

I had an argument with him some months ago, and yes in the end he was almost proud of making these CDR boots. Because other people are 'selling out of print cds for high prices and nothing goes to the bands" (totally make no sense)

I was told that in the spanish ebay it went for 180 Euros. I didn't check though.

It's really unbelievable because the bidders do know that these are boots.

It says right in the description they're boots! What blows my mind is that he has lots of repeat customers, check his feedback. They pay top dollar for this shit and keep coming back for more! Unbelievable.
