"Blocked minds" isn't much better...especially after "Campo..." :x

If we are talking about thrash that often gets the bad rep what is your opinion on my street metal favourite - Decimator and their "Carnage City State Mosh Patrol" record? I personally love that album - the Mad Max metal theme, the dirty rockin' riffs, some Motorhead, some Priest and a dose of thrash.

Not in a thread by stormspell.
Not in a thread about thrash in any case.

I'd sooner listen to Cold Lake again than World Painted Blood.

I don`t know whether Desert Storm can be called a thrash metal band at all (the fact they had a split LP with Minotaur means nothing), but their "Perspiration" should be avoided at all costs. Unbearable modern shite.

Hm....I actually like the Eros LP even though the band pic looks terrible but there are worse Brazil Thrash LP's on the market like the Korzus stuff or "A mosh in Brazil" by Metralion. But for the rest you've mentioned I totally agree! Last Chakal LP is modern crap too. Or both Leviaethan LP's...Dungeon, Gladiator, Hammerhead etc...all these late LP's are too fuckn modern sounding.

SACRED REICH is good call, yeah, apart from the Surf to Nicaragua EP which is plausible.

DEFIANCE, however, I do enjoy. Void Terra Firma is decent Testament clone, in par with the likes of Xentrix or Detritus which are alright. I actually like Xentrix quite a lot, especially Kin.
