I prefer music over format 100%. And this forced cultness theory I do not understand either.revenge wrote:sagrotan wrote:uhhhhh, the horror! I never prefer anything on CD, I´m not sure I would buy a CD if my life depended on it.Cochino wrote:...about demos reissued, maybe I'd prefer those on CD
What 80´s demotapes would you like to see on vinyl?

now, someone go reissue that Blind Assassin demo!!!
damn it, somebody quotes wrong here all time!
above it looks like Cochino said what I said, I said what Revenge said and Revenge said what deathster said and I look like a dork in my own eyes, since what I did not say is a 180 turn from what I did say!
well. I'd like to have Tempest reissued, however.

Yeah, honestly I can't really explain why I feel that way about it and I certainly think it's ok in some cases (Repulsion's "Horrified" is a demo re-mixed after all), but sometimes it just kinda feels a bit off. Still, is not like I wouldn't buy something just because it's on vinyl. I think that's silly the same than not buying CD's if there's no vinyl versions. Format is just a detail for me and I also always care about music in the first place.

ORIALIX remind me a bit of their countrymate H and H. Quality heavy metal with some epic touches.
A reedition of their demo on 7" would be great...
Well this said...there are a lot of french demos I'd like to see on wax too: CHIEN JAUNE, PACEMAKER, CHARTER, DEMON EYES, ...
