Well, let's see, I paid the postage that YOU CHARGED ME and if the CD's were sent on the "8th of December" how come they still haven't shown up? Were they sent by boat? I purchased CD's from neighboring countries of greece after the ones from your auctions and they arrived before the end of December. It doesn't add up.

Once again, if you would re-read some of my other posts this isn't the first time that I have dealt with you. I also had a bad experience the first time around when it took over 2 months to receive the package that you sent nearly a month late but being the forgiving guy that I am and hearing that other members of this board have had successful dealings with you I decided to give you another chance and bid on a couple cheap CD's. My mistake I guess...

And all of this isn't even the worst part of the problem. I'm still shaking my head at how you ignore my messages and email inquiries, so I go public about the issue and that's what it finally takes to get a response from you. And now for the icing on the cake: You just openly admitted that the CD's were sent UNREGISTERED, yet in the paypal dispute that I currently have opened against you, a FAKE "tracking number" is present that you have provided. Want to explain how a tracking number is even possible granted that these were sent UNREGISTERED? This is just applying a poor tactic to drag out the process even longer. Very common scam-artist behavior...

As for the rest of your unjustified claims and empty threats, you have my address, what's stopping you from coming?

I'm not closing the dispute because I'm obviously unable to open it again as there is no guarantee that you will actually send the package. You have already proven that you will try anything including making up fake tracking numbers and making empty threats to kick my ass in public. You have also failed to answer any of the questions in my previous post or justify any of your dubious actions during the course of the problem. I have nothing to prove to you. My past history both selling and trading on this forum as well as others speaks for itself and all my transactions were done in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. within a month).

If you want to try and smooth things over with me, I have no problem if you willingly want to send me 4 CD's as a replacement for those that I paid for and never showed up. I would also be willing to pay you a second time for the CD's that haven't shown up if, in the future, they actually do arrive but I am not closing the current case on paypal.

although i got 250 covers out of the 525 yesterday wednesday at afternoon,
i have sent all the pre orders!!!!!!!!!!
i have sent registered airmail,
i guess most will receive next week,
monday to wednesday!
all sent,
few were sent by ups ( i can't explain now, it needs time and i didn't have enough).
in a few hours i am flying to norway, so don't expect an answer until 7 february when the tour is over,
BE SURE THOUGH ALL COPIES WERE SENT REGISTERED AIRMAIL.
