The Greek Metal Hammer and Rock Hard is sh*t!
They only interview crappy nu-metal and mainstream bands.
I only read fanzines. Snakepit, Thrash Attack, Consumed by Darkness, some Metal Madness and Slayer issues.
My Mother, she told me off today and so I killed her.
But not really, she is still alive inside my head .

Terrorizer - this used to be okay. When it started it was kind of like a continuation of Metal Forces (best UK metal mag of all time imo) with good demo reviews and features on bands not seen elsewhere. Nowadays they have Arch Enemy and Lacuna Coil on the cover art least twice a year. Their album reviews are very predicatable. I knew that as soon as Nile bought out their last album it would be album of the month and hey presto it was. They have a team of writers who like to think they are cutting edge by including Rap albums in best of the year lists and artists like Beastie Boys & N.W.A. in their greatest albums of the 1980's feature.
You know this has changed, you should check us out now... :)
That's probably the worst thing about it. Changing the profile of the magazine to capture new trends, wether it's Lacuna Coil or Enforcer.

Best fanzine (a word that doesn't really do this... thing... justice) ever must be Dauthus. Made by Timo Ketola, aka Davthvs, Ketoladog etc, who has done artwork for all kinds of bands in the death/black metal underground. Genious, genious design and great interviews/reviews.

Best current mag: Classic Rock.
