I don't know about the value for collectors, but I think the average Macabre fan would rather buy this than the reissue with the Behind The Wall Of Sleep EP since that reissue isn't approved by the band.

Last time I saw one for sale in a 2hand store in Finland it was 20 euros. That was few years ago. I would say you could get twice the amount for it.
