FORTE (US,OK) - Dementia By Design Demo 1988 (Different Rip)

Post by ION BRITTON »

OK, I made a new rip of this one from my recently acquired original demo since I hear some difference in the speed recording with the rip that's circulating. This sounds a bit slower, but it must be the correct speed.

A masterpiece of US steel, easily in my TOP-10 of US metal demos. Every track will crush your soul. Puts to shame the versions of the debut LP. I do not know one single person who claims to be a US metal fan and who doesn't adore this. God James Randel of OLIVER MAGNUM fame gives the ultimate perfomance behind the mic.

Hi!

I sold these tapes and sent them out right after the payment came in. I sent all deliveries to Greece registered. Your package should arrive quite soon.

HMM.

P.S.: Thanks to Ion Britton. Now I finally have this version in MP3 format - although I already had the other version - BUT this one sounds slightly better in my opinion.

Thanks, good to have for jogging ;)

Not to complain, but there's some mouse clicking sounds on at least two tracks, somewhat distracting...just sayin.

I didn't know that the current rip in circulation was sped up. I'll have to give this version a listen and compare.

Thanks for the upload.

Just checked; at the end of 'Digitator' and 'Dementia By Design' and at the beginning of 'Mein Madness'.

Made a new rip, hopefully this time free of mouse clicks, burbs, farts and other weird annoying noises that ruin the experience :)
