I'm quite sure they didn't. Just that crappy rap-metal CD-single a few years laterNoisenik wrote:idea from another topic: did Omnitron recorded any demo after LP and prior Comecon was established?

I've got a live recording from the Swedish national radio (4-5 tracks) from 1990 to upload on request though.

I finally got hold of the missing piece in my PENTAGRAM LP collection: the "1972-1979 (Vol. 2)" bootleg. I know I've seen some different versions of this one - some w/ the photos on the front cover in color, some in black/white. Does anyone know which version was the first pressing?
I don't really need the all the different versions, but I prefere 1st pressings if possible. The one I got has a b/w cover, just a single sheet wrapped around a blank white sleeve.

I have heard some rips of these online they don't really sound too good, was it just a poor vinyl rip or what? is the material offered on First Daze Here (The Vintage Collection) and First daze here too different recording sessions of the same songs on these two bootlegs?
I was going to buy First Daze Here (The Vintage Collection) which has the best sound quality of the 4 as I can tell but I accidently bought First Daze Here Too and I got pissed when I found out it didn't sound as good.

A friend of mine had bought his copy about 20 Euros not more than a year ago.tomas wrote:Does anyone know how rare 'Ruthless - Metal Without Mercy EP' is? How much should I pay for it?
It's an original on Iron Works Records.

I think all the material on the first "1972-1979" volume is included on the "First Daze Here" compilations with better sound, but the 2nd volume contains a few exclusive cuts, like 4 (!) different recordings of "When The Screams Come" and a killer early version of "Run My Course".
"FDH Too" is a bit of a letdown compared to the first volume, yes. The material isn't as solid and you get the impression they really scraped the bottom of the barrel with this one. Still, even the least interesting PENTAGRAM material put plenty of bigger 70's acts to shame imo. As for the sound quality one has to assume this is the best/only recordings available on many of those songs. Better than nothing I guess...
