You mean "Ready For Action"? It's an okay album, traditional heavy metal with a very slightly commercial touch here and there, some good songs, but nothing outstanding really. I bought it only cause i liked the coverart, the band name and because it was cheap.

would you reccomend it to a US metal lover
Actually not really, haha. I love US metal to death and i find positive sides on most of those mid-80s albums, but this one is just plain average.

Exactly what I was going to say! A very average album, and in my opinion the average albums are worse than the bad ones if you know what I mean.
What is the story on this one? Information is sparse, and I've never seen one for sale anywhere. Does anyone have any pressing info, or able to share any photos or anything? Exactly how rare is this damn thing?

Original title: Аспид - Кровоизлияние [Aspid - Krovoizliyanie]
I cannot find any traces of the LP being sold, the album was first released independently by the band, from the info I can gather it was only as a Tape (most references to the self-print are made as "demo"), a few years later it was re-issued by RONEes (Not sure if this actually is the name of the label) on Tape and by Ritonis on Vinyl. You can see the front cover here: http://www.metalrus.ru/datas/users/1-as ... _cover.jpg
Finally this album was remastered and released on CD in 2007 by Stigmartyr Records.
Hopefully someone else can shed some proper light on editions and sales.

I did get my copy with a clear plastic innersleeve, if that helps. Maybe DaN can confirm this as well.
Yeah,I guess the remark stated on Metalpage should be wrong, can't remember a Melodia record with an innersleeve but can't say for sure about the latter also...Thanks!
Joker (Russia) - На Волю В Пампасы [Na Voliu V Pampasy] (Melodia / Russian Disc) comes with an insert wrapped around the plastic inner sleeve if that counts...
TheMetalMan wrote:does anyone knows which are the first labels from Combat records?
There are at least 3 different labels, i think:
- green
- camouflage green
- camouflage grey
I'm pretty sure the early ones were green w/ black lettering. The camo ones came later...
I think the camouflage grey appeared only in 1987. But the camo. green i don´t know. Because Possessed "seven churches" from 1985 got the green one and the camo. green, it was a second press?
