MANIMALS - BLOOD IS THE HARVEST MLP

Post by ZOMBIE »

Hello 'eads. I am new to the forum. I grabbed as many as possible (Many old links were deleted arrghh...) so now I think is time to post. I will try to rip vinyl and upload metal sweeties every week. Let's hope there's always plenty of time..

THE MANIMALS - BLOOD IS THE HARVEST MLP

This band plays Horror Metal , sometimes compared to Misfits but not in the punk mood. Enjoy !

Awesome band! I own this LP, and thier later out-of-print CD (it should have been rereleased by now, but for some reason it hasnt)...
They also had 2 live tracks on an Auburn Records sampler limited to 50 copies for sale at a few Best Buy's in the Northeast Ohio Area. Most people didnt notice it, I didnt even know about it until I got a copy from Bill Peters along with his last Manimals T-shirt!

(sorry for the shitty quality, this was taken over a year ago on a friends cell phone, because I had no other way to take pictures at the time)

Yes, I know this limited Sampler- I'd be thankful if you post these two live tracks, I don't think there's other way to hear them.
I will rip and post Horrorcore CD later as it seems that is even harder to find than the MLP.
By the Way, is there anybody out there having the very first Manimals vinyl recording? It is a track from their punky past ,included in a punk 1983 Sampler LP.

I dont have that 1983 sampler track, although Id really like to hear it. I actually didnt know about it until you mentioned it here.

Anyway, here are the 2 live tracks. One of them is unreleased, the other is from Horrorcore. There were recorded November 25th, 2000 at the Odeon Concert Club. Other bands at the show (on the sampler) are Breaker and Aftershok (Breaker with an unreleased Scorpions cover and "Get Tough!", and Aftershok with 2 songs from thier debut, that were unreleased at the time).

I can upload the other tracks from the sampler if you want.
