I believe Restless is not the first press, Enigma is. Most Restless TUV pressings have ifpi number (that is the Nimbus matrix with ifpi), so they were pressed well into the nineties. "First Restless press" would definetely be without the ifpi on the matrix.

It was first released in 1993, but probably there were multiple pressings. My old copy had no IFPI. But you are correct that Enigma was the first press (though there is also a Japanese pressing on Alfa that is from 1987, and another on Pony Canyon from 1990).
I got the D.R.I. "Crossover" CD on Restless Records/Death Records...I don't know if it's an original pressing, but as I want to give it away for the new improved edition, here is the matrix code on the disk:
MADE BY DISCOVERY SYSTEM - AN AMERICAN COMPANY - 0880100
I couldn't find any info, so I'm sorry if I'm asking again...
But I have a copy of Wargasm-Why Play Around on CD & I'm not sure if it's a bootleg or not..??
Matrix is:
(CD 2003) : MOSHROOM CD 2003 2898784 01+
IFPI LN46
