Today i was playing THE SECOND COMING by LORD and its not very good. Its rare but the songs are a little boring.

i dont find it boring at all, sure it has some acoustic parts here and there,but every track is different from each other...i wouldnt put this great record into this thread ever

plus the track snow and leather queen slays and rapes lots of other 80s records

Probably going to be a contentious opinion of sorts but lads - Helvetets Port? Truly awful music. It's not that they're not to my taste or anything, I just find their music appalling and their song structure illogical and diabolical.

Normally I can see at least a bit of merit in pretty much any band, but these guys are easily the worst band I've heard in years. I genuinely can't understand why people dig them.

Someone told before Trance-Power Infusion sucks...

For me, it's 1 of the best 80's trad german metal albuns...
1 song of this album is better than the whole fuckin' lame Sabaton's discography...
no offense to you...just to Sabaton...

And by the way...for what i see, everyone here, surely has in their discography really bad albuns...me including...

For example, i happen to like a lot The Rods, but all people i talk with seems to hate them...so, maybe my taste is wrong...

They got significantly better on the LP, but still not anything mindblowing, the first demos were those that sucked big time bordering on the so-bad-it's-funny level of awfulness.

Totally agree Donal. I picked up the Lp based on all the fuss some people were making about them. Lesson learned.

For me Trance is completely uninspired and it has no edge at all... also the singer sounds like a child.

And for the record: The Rods is a great band.

What's so 'obvious' about it? Truth is many people do not like it, never heard anyone who thinks it's godawful though, there's far more worse stuff out there... Personally I like it a lot, "Live free or die" kicks major ass, in-your-face metal with great raw vocals

I don't find them terrible, but my reaction to them is "meh". It's equivalent in smiley form is

What's happened to this thread? I though it was supposed to be about the really, really awful stuff that makes you afraid to go to the bathroom alone at noon. Not the slightly boring or uninspiring also-rans or overrated rarities of yore.
