Satan France?

Been listening to the 3 song Satan demo quite a bit lately and can't recall/find any info on it except I recall it being from France(maybe?). Anyone care to help out. I did a search on it here but "Satan" brings up alot of hits!

Not a french-vacation, let's-jam-between-boat-drinks unknown recording with the classic NWOBHM act, but a different French Band called SATAN? Never heard of. Obscure trivia = Into Battle = moved for better response/aDmiN

Yes, there was a SATAN band from France. Don't know about a demo, but they appeared on a sampler with three songs i think,

Yup, it is "Avang'hard" sampler...But unfortunately from 1993 already....

Yeah thats the band. I was sure I heard it from this forum but guess I didn't search hard enough. Thought it was a demo, regardless, great stuff. I would be nice to see it on vinyl with some extra tracks.

I noticed I had the songs on my HD. Just finished playing and it's great classy/classic HM. It's downright weird how something like this could have been recorded in 1993. A Medal Of Honor for froggy-Satan!

Btw, if anyone has the "Avang'hard" CD comp I'd be interested in a rip + scan. Me & Keir are planning to add a few of the really rare CD comps to the Compilation Encyclopedia in the near future...
