Review
The POWERLORD 6-tracks EP is one of the most obscure records ever, indeed! Even selfproduced, this vinyl owns a mighty sound and it's a real ballbreaker: double bassdrumÂ’s high presence makes the difference, I can swear it!
The four piece's style swings from some Metallica to early Jag Panzer and of course a bit of earliest Savatage ("Sirens") but hey, these guys knows how to press their accelerators!!! Starting from the opener "Masters of Death", a jam of great instrumental capacity and pounding Speed Metal riffs, to the last two chapters (the terrorizing "Merciless Titans" and the absolute anthem "Powerlord"), this EP moves through pure & true Heavy Metal rails! Highly recommended for both anyone who wants a pretty good example of devastating sound and who aims to outstanding rare records.
NOTE: drummer lined up (even shortly) with Dark Angel and Slayer.
