Macabre: Lazy lady / Be forwarned

Grandioser erster Output der späteren Pentagram-Veteranen zu einer Zeitpunkt, wo nicht viele Bands solchen Sound veröffentlichten. "Be forwarned" sei hier besonders hervorgehoben, der Song ist absolut geil, geil, geil. Wer die beiden Pentagram Alben besitzt und gegenüber Black Sabbath nicht abgeneigt ist (der Sänger ist viel besser übrigens) kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen. Die Erstauflage kommt übrigens mit nem Schreibfehler: "Macbre". Wer die Single sein eigen nennt und voll darauf abfährt sollte unbedingt mal die Siebziger Alben "Fraction" (Moon Blood) und "Phantom's Divine Comedy" anchecken, die sind auch Doors-angehaucht doomig. Fraction gibts als Reissue, da selbst hartgesottene Metal-Sammler hier noch ab dem Preis erschrecken koennen (Ne Militia-12" UND 'ne gelbe Avatar werden hier preislich in etwa fällig).

Great first output from the later Pentagram, at a time when not a lot bands released sound like that. "Be forwarned" shall be praises especially, the song is cult, cult, cult. If you have the Pentagram albums and don't dislike Black Sabbath (vocals on Pentagram are much, much better) you can buy without fear. The first edition comes with a spell error: "Macbre". Anyway, those who already have the single and worship it like I do should really check into the seventis albums "Fraction" (Moon Blood) and "Phantom’s Divine Comedy", more Doors like doom stuff. Fraction is available as reissue, as Metal Collectors might be shocked about the price (you have to give about a Militia-12" AND a yellow Avatar Single for that LP).
