Alias Mangler: Bite the Metal

"Bite the Metal" is not, as the title may suggest, real Metal, but very melodic Hard Rock. Solid songs, a good singer, fair production, but all in all nothing special. Considering tons of real underground Metal highlights and the price you normally have to pay for this album, you shouldn't get too nervous if you haven't got it.

"Bite the Metal" ist eine sehr melodische Scheibe, deren wirklich gute Songs ordentlich produziert sind. Der Sänger hat eine angenehme Stimme und bleibt in gemäßigten Tonlagen, die Melodien gehen ins Ohr, sind aber nichts besonderes. Alias Mangler waren eine gutklassige Band, die kein Highlight hervorgebracht haben, aber auch nicht schlecht waren. Allerdings gibt es auch angesichts des Preises keinen Grund für schlaflose Nächte.
