With this album we are talking about monster stuff!!! Musically, of rarity and socially!!! This is one of the biggest gems of the great mine of metal from Latin America. Paul Gillman was the singer and co-founder of the legendary band from Venezuela, ARKANGEL (a band that everyone talks about but few have listened or have a record) and also is the founder of a movement in Latin Countries called ROCK NACIONAL (National rock) and invented even a flag for this movement (this flag is the simbol of national rock movements in all latin coutries), in a time when been metal was a crime in most coutries like Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, etc. And a guy like this with an album with this title (it means : "Stand up and fight"!) nd with this great music and lyrics has to be like a terrorist these days, but things changed and GILLMAN now, since 25 years is a big star (tv, radio, etc.) in his country. Musically this is one of the best albums from this part of the world as it fills the meaning of the word TRUE METAL! It has great vocals, powerfull metal with great melodic twin guitar parts and only the song "El Poeta" lacks in power, but this is a hymn in latin places! The rest is metal at hight level! Now Gillman is still playing and doing records, his last one is the CD "Cuauthemoc" and this is a gem of a record!!! For info on Gillman: www.gillmanband.com
