Aaronsrod: Illusions kill

Aaronsrod from Hawaii left one album stuffed with good melodic Metal. Nice, straight riffing, a mixture between power and commerce (refrains for several voices), a capable singer - no reason leave it, though it's surely no classic.

Aaronsrod kommen aus Hawaii und bieten auf ihrer einzigen Scheibe "Illusions kill" guten, melodischen Metal ohne Schnörkel. Schöne und eingängige Melodien, eine gesunde Mischung aus Power (Riffing) und Kommerz (teils mehrstimmige Refrains), ein ordentlicher Sänger - das Album kann man bedenkenlos eintüten. Man bekommt eine richtig gute US Metal Scheibe, die aber nicht zu den Klassikern des Genres zählt.
