Zeus: Same

Review

I don't know if this is the same band ZEUS that released an LP in 1987, just that this band here seems to be from Barcelona and this EP was released in 1983. For this year it gives us fantastic timeless early Power Metal wild squealing guitars, powerful sound and great melodic vocals. Both tracks sound absolutely fresh and it's clearly to hear how they loved to play Heavy Metal. Full power on a high musicial level. Seen by heavyness I must mention the first EVO LP (the faster tracks) but ZEUS had a far better vocalist. And yeah did I mention already those squealing guitars that will steal your mind?
