Aspid: Oscura Reflexion

Not that easy to find a copy of this superb MLP nowadays and Justine Records once again did proof their good nose when signing bands. Aspid offer a creative mix of Speed, Thrash and Power Metal that for some reasons reminds me musicially at places to Overkill and such, but it shouldn't mean anything. "La Quema" is representing a classic Power Metal anthem on higher technical level that will leave some wet spots in your panties for sure. The other 4 trax are mainly Powerthrash with some more or less speedy parts as well as midpaced power riffing. But it contains mainly speed dominated creations so every Thrasher might put his hands on this one as long as he's able to locate any spare copy. The vocalist fits perfectly to their style!
