Review

I will never understand why Knightshade is the Metal band with the most outputs in New Zealand. Personally I enjoy much more the Power Metal heroes Stonehenge, Confessor or Heavy Rockers Tokyo. But it seems that extreme heavy music wasn't that famous in New Zealand so Knightshade with their lightweight Heavy Rock (partly even AOR) had the best cards to become famous.
"Last night in the city" is a cheesy ballad that Sleaze girls totally will enjoy. On side B you can find an instrumental track where both guitarists show that they really know how to handle their axes. If they would have put that kind of energy into their real songs..who knows...maybe Knightshade could have been pure Heavy Metal like they were in the beginning.

also released on limited edition yellow vinyl 12" (info from Charly Reckendorfer)
