Do not be worried by poor sound quality of this absolute obsucre legend!!! Founder guitarsit-songwriter Massimo Menichetti (curiously...almost an omonimous of mine!) has very clear ideas of how Epic Progressive Metal had to sound like, and together with high-talented vocalist Stefano Senesi...they totally set Florence on fire, at that time! A Warlord-like dark vein comes out from tracks like the skilled instrumental "Flyin' in Illusion" and supreme influence by Manowar and Omen lives inside the monster ballad "Heart Glory" and even in the classic opener "Dragonia".
This genial underrated band is currently active under the name Dragonia (!) and has re-recorded 3 tracks form the early demo, with another line-up; track are actually free for download through www.dragonia.org !!! Anyway, "In the valley of the Diamond's Sword" is one of the best Metal-memories of my teen-age...and I hope it'll be a great discovery for you all.
