Review
This album is one of greatest greek heavy metal recordings! Spitfire is a greek metal band which created in 1984. The LP released 2 years laters. They spend many many hours in studio to create this gem. The 8 songs of this LP are dynamites! No filler, no average song only pure and good heavy metal includes here! The guitars by Loginides are awesome, the vocal by Kostakis are unbelievable, the rhythm section are perfect and the keyboards are great! All songs are in strong tempo except the very beautiful ballad “Whisper”. Exist a video clip for th “Evil Thoughts Around” which created before the LP's release. The “First Attack” is one of the first greek records which go outside of Greece and receive very goods reviews. One of the most famous reviews is from Kerrang with 3 out of 5 score, unbelieveble for the greek metal band at this time. After that LP band release 2 Lps the “100% Live”(1990) and “Die Fighting”(2009) and receive also good revies and keeps her reputation high! No more any other words, just listen this real metal gem!
