POWER CRUE aus Athen spielen auf ihrem mittlerweile fünftem Album das was sie schon immer taten: True Metal mit 80er Einschlag und typischen Melodien. Das ist alles ganz ordentlich, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Natürlich sind gute Musiker am Werk, die Songs sind auch gut hörbar aufgebaut, es gibt kein Gitarrengenudel oder übertriebenen Bombast, keine symphonischen Spielereien. Alles ist reiner Heavy Metal, aber eben auch meistens ohne die ganz großen Momente, aber dafür mit etwas dünnem Gesang.

POWER CRUE play on their fifth album what they ever did. True Metal with 80s hints and typical melodies. This is all in all quite good working but really not outstanding. Of course the guys from Athens are good musicians, the songs are constructed nice and you won't find annoying bombastic arrangements or symphonic ear killing keyboards like so many greek bands do, but you also won't find really great moments in the songs. So what to say else. The vocals are ok, but a bit thin. The production is fitting good to the music. So if you are into True Metal its maybe worth to listen to it.
