Review

80er German Metal-Fan was willst Du mehr?

1988 HOTWIRE saw the light of day and later changed their name to HIGHWAY KILLER. So "Lost Metal tales" is the first album for this band which sounds as it was made in 1986 and in fact the songs are from that period.

Sadly the booklet is a bit poor and the inspiration came from bands like DEJA VU and GRAVESTONE, but of course thats allowed as the music is definitely in that style too.

ACCEPT, NOISEHUNTER, GRAVESTONE and whatever influence you will name from German 80s Metal. HIGHWAY KILLER play excatly that style and can convince with strong vocals and very fine totally 80s songs including the original 1988 songs as Bonustracks.
