Review

OCEAN was formed by the guitarist Georges Bodossian in 1974. Finally, after numberous problems the first album "God's Clown" was released by Cryptics Records. 350 hours of work are required for this perfect album. This unique work consisting in a one and a long track divide in 8 pieces of progressive Hard Rock with Heavy riffs in the vein of Black Sabbath or Led Zeppelin. The voice of Robert Belamonte remembers me on a nervous "Robert Plant". But don't worry about the "progressive" word that I used, the sound is powerful, raw, hot, epic, great solos and no place here for a f*****g synthetiser. The only thing that you can do when you put this record in your CD player is to sit confortably, close your eyes, open your ears, and go for the Ocean of happiness... Also, great cover art.
