Magik: Same

Not that hard to find nowadays in the ebay age but you should watch out for the price of this record since it differs extremely as usual. I'm not that convinced of the musicial class of Magik either coz if you've heard the heavy opener who's almost early Heavy Metal in the final part then you're nothing but disappointed if you find out that the rest is just any faceless proggy 70's Rock/Hard Rock when also the vocalist is surely a class of it's own! There are here and there several hints of Metal hidden under a coat of mainly Prog (Hard) Rock but it doesn't really saves Magik at all. The record sleeve looks absolutely private, but isn't - Rayne Records 12th release. So watch out and beware if you see the magic cover anywhere. 70's lovers won't get problems I guess but the rest for sure and this includes myself too. A purchase to rot in the vinyl shelf...
