So it might not be overly original, but the energic, Euro-Fastness-Metal opener "Perjalanan Segi Tiga" will get you in the perfect mood for some exotic Steel discovery ...until the 2 following, hauntingly similar carbon-copy shitcock camelcum schmallads drags you down into the pit of despair and scepticism again. HOWEVER... once the Doomic might of the title track hits you, spirits will be as high as ever before. Is "Dio-Doom" an official subgenre yet? It should be, and "Satu Antara Sejuta" is but one proof of concept out of hundreds more out there. The noodly Rising Force-style "Demokrasi Songsang" instrumental ending of side A will keep your spirits up for the turnover and is a bloody hell of a lot more enjoyable than the "Febians" instro' from the previous "1001 Malam" album.
Side B exemplifies the whole Mal/Sin Metal-album shit-sandwitch dilemma perfectly: Track #1, #3 and #5 are the usual mouldy schmallad-bread injected by domestic music biz-politics necessity, but the in-between Meat of #2 and #4 is DA SHIT! ...as in the opposite of "shit" and absolute Bangers! Imagine the perfect blend of PoM-Maiden, HTE-Manowar and anyalbum-Warlord and you get the absolute Hymn that is "Senjata Zaman"! 5 minutes later, the crackin' "Hobi & Tabiat" will rip you apart with it's Prime US Metal crunch in the early Jag Panzer/Hades vein. Simplicity is the key and that chorus is an in-yer-head-sticker on a level that few Malaysian HM songwriters have dared to climb before or after. As a 5-song Mini-Album, "Satu Antara Sejuta" is about as good as 80's Metal gets.
A 4th FEBIAN album was produced in 1994, on MC and CD exclusively and my fair assessment is that it is a decent swansong of the band, but unfortunately doesn't carry any particular outstanding tunes like on this or earlier releases. The 90's Curse prevails.
