Power Feast Vol. I MC 1992 |
Label: Mass Dementia |
cat#: - |
This is the first of three tapes issued in the classic “Power Feast”-series, put out by the Serres-based fanzine “Mass Dementia” during 1992-1994. Someone in the past compared “Power Feast” to Metal Blade’s “Metal Massacre” in the sense of presenting many of the premiere acts of the contemporary Greek underground heavy metal-scene, which seems a pretty accurate analogue when you observe the content. In addition to the thought-through selection and sequencing, it also features nice artwork, an informative/pragmatic layout and even lyrics for the majority of the compositions included. Highly recommended for those who wish to immerse themselves in Hellenic HM. |
