Off to a great start with that Voivod/Foetus cover of "Zero Zero UFO" (originally by the Ramones)! Will check the rest of the episode later.

Graham, go raibh maith agat arís.
Otherwise, nothing rings a bell, except RAMONES cover which Kristian already pinned down.
I allow myself to suggest again, that you don't uncover titles of those that we will not manage to find out.

I appreciate the sentiment Noisenik, though i don't speak Gaelic so i had to google it.

(Even if i did, that was Irish Gaelic which is apparently quite different from the Scots version. I also found out that there's Manx Gaelic too, only spoken on the Isle Of Man & distinct from the others.

I had no idea, every day's a school day indeed.)
Re your suggestion that i keep the unidentified songs a secret, my main reason for doing the podcast is to shine a light on undervalued obscure music so that would defeat the purpose.
Happy listening/sleuthing folks.

Had a listen. Nothing. Sometimes I recognise songs like last episodes Whizkey Stik but cannot place the song (this I blame either on old age or musical saturation). This time nothing.
For the record you have no idea how much it annoyed me to not ID Whizkey Stik.

Well, this episode was slightly more on the psychedelic rock side of things, and that's not really my primary musical interest. So no idea on the rest of the bands, sorry.

As mentioned on MC site, I like intermission song, the the one after it, the too polite song and let me sth song then the Mari Hamada song (from her only HM album that landed her EM inclusion? ) , but cant decipher them so far. In case at least few of them are on YT, we would need a little more time. As for the rest, no way.

I know that annoyance all too well & sympathise with your plight. That's an impressive Whizkey Stik collection you have.

Did you think so? I didn't think the balance was that much different than usual, in fact, if anything i wondered if i may have lent too far towards the punk side of things this time 'round.
I suppose we all filter what we hear through our own very personal ideas of genre/style & can come to quite different conclusions as a result.
Maybe the way i organised the tracks this time gave you this impression as I did somewhat front-load the mix with the more outré material whilst the 2nd half was more blatantly slanted towards Hard Rock & Heavy Metal.

There was no Mari Hamada in the mix, but i can totally understand you thinking along those lines regarding that particular song. It's a rather good comparison.

Glad to hear that there was plenty in the mix that you enjoyed Nenad & cheers for the comment over at MC too.
Hopefully it at least provided an interesting listen for the rest of you fellas too, despite the all round lack of familiarity this time. Would you like some more time to give things another listen or should i just reveal the full tracklist now?

Well, IMHO, we should be given a month, at least. We are aging, too.
