i have his project CD with Kipelov (Aria) a few good,sing along tunes on that one,more rockish than aria.he's a really good guitar player

Don't know about samples, but his official site is www.mavrick.ru. I've got three of his albums and they're totally OK with a couple of great songs. I can recommend last years' "Otkrovenie" and perhaps the album before that, "Zaprezhennaja realnost'". Mavrins guitar playing totally shreds! Even though his music is a little bit too industrial and futuristic sounding at times. If my memory serves me right, the Mavrin/Kipelov CD is quite different from Mavrins solo outputs.
