The Corroseum forum (new design under construction)

YOSH were a Belgian Speed metal band (with power metal & Neo Classical elements, especially the leads) who started in 1988 & ended about 10 years later with a handful of demos & 1 album & an ep. Although a Belgian band, they also had Reinier Shenk on guitar & vocals who used to play in the cult Dutch band FUTURE TENSE & Belgian Thrashers BATTALION. This demo is YOSH's second recording simply called "1991" & features 5 tracks of fantastic mid-80s style Speed Metal ala HELLOWEEN's first ep & early LIVING DEATH, but then with some awesome Neo Classical guitar leads & feel,all without sounding cheesy.I've got the promo of this demo & the first track "INTRO" isn't mention on the proper demo, so i'm not sure if it was actually included on the finished product. I've included pics of my copy & that of the proper finished demo. 5 tracks in 19 minutes, restored & mastered from the OG tape. Great Speed metal for the lads!

I've only ever heard a couple tracks from the '91 full length probably close to ten years ago and remember liking what I heard at the time.



If anyones got the '89 Demo that would also be appreciated.
